Processing of personal data

 

1) Basic information

Personal data administrator:

The company NEOTIS s.r.o.,
with registered office Školská 689/20, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, ID/ICO: 14013665,
registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 358888/MSPH
Municipal Court in Prague for the sale of goods through an online store located on the Internet
at www.neotisoliveoil.com, processes your personal data as an administrator.

2) What personal data we process

We process personal data that you provide us yourself:

 Personal data that you yourself provide to us for the purpose of consulting. It is mainly about
contact details (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number), accounting and payment details (ID,
account number). These data are necessary for the purpose of providing the ordered services and management
bookkeeping. We process data for the duration of the contract and ten years from the date of its termination.
 Personal data provided by natural persons who have expressed an interest in receiving our news or
business communications, including: first name, last name, e-mail and telephone.
 Consent can be revoked at any time via email: [email protected], which is in
every message sent. We will process your data for as long as we offer ours
services.
 Personal data provided to a third party
 This is mainly the provision of data for the purpose of delivery of the parcel, e.g. by courier, etc. In case,
that your personal data will be transferred to another entity, we will inform you in advance
including indicating to whom we transfer personal data.
 Personal data of third parties that you provide to us
 If you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is your duty to inform the person concerned
person and to ensure his/her consent to these terms of personal data protection.

3) Why we collect and process your personal data
We process your personal data for the following reasons:
 Intermediation of services: we primarily process your personal data in order to
properly arranged the service you order. If there are any problems, thanks to yours
personal data, we know who we can contact.
 Client care: if you contact us with any question/problem, we have to address it
response/resolution to process your data. In some cases, they can be personal
data also transferred to third parties (e.g. courier).
 User account: thanks to the personal data you provide us in your user profile,

4) We process personal data on the following legal basis
Fulfillment and conclusion of the contract
 We need a large part of your personal data in order to advise you whether
conclude or mediate a contract regarding consulting/mediation and other services or
products you order from us. Once the contract is concluded, your personal data
we process in order to properly mediate or provide you with the purchased services.
On the basis of this legal reason, we mainly process contact data (name,
surname, address, e-mail, telephone number), delivery, invoicing, account and payment data (ID,
account number).

Legitimate interests
 We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant information which
are interesting to you. On the basis of legitimate interest, we mainly process personal and
contact information.
 For the same legal reason, we can send you e-mails and SMS as our clients
news.
 If we process your personal data on the basis of this legal ground, you can object

Agreement
 We process your data for the purpose of sending commercial messages (e-mail marketing) and telemarketing
personal data based on your consent. If you do not give us consent and you are ours
customer, so we can send you a commercial message (or to you as part of telemarketing
call) even without giving us your consent.

In any case, you can simply opt out of such marketing communications from us by (a) using

5) Transfer of personal data to third parties

 Administrative and technical support: Personal data that we process as an administrator and as
we can only make the processor available to our collaborators who ensure administrative and technical support, or to other entities only for performance reasons legal obligations.
 We assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your
personal data, they are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal and security data
measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. This
confidentiality continues even after the end of contractual relations with us.
 Commercial communications: in the case of sending commercial communications (e.g. by e-mail or via
SMS messages) or telemarketing, we may use a third party for mailing or telephone calls
subject. This entity is bound by a duty of confidentiality and may not use your personal data to
for no other purpose.
 State authorities: in case of enforcement of our rights, your personal data may be transferred to a third party
subject (e.g. a lawyer). If the legal order, or a body of state power (e.g. the Police of the Czech Republic),
imposes an obligation for us to pass on your personal data to him, we must do so.
 Your personal data will not be released to any other third party without your consent.

6) Protection and security of all personal data

 We will handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with valid Czech law
legislation. We use both automated and non-automated methods to process personal data
means. All data is stored on secure computers located only in
premises of our company. To prevent unauthorized access and misuse of your
personal data, we have implemented adequate measures of both technical and organizational nature.
 We try to use such security measures that take into account the current situation
technologies provide sufficient security. The security measures taken are then
regularly updated.
 How long do we process your personal data?
 First of all, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between
us.
 In the case of processing personal data for which consent has been granted, it will be your personal data
data generally processed for 10 years, or until such consent is revoked.

to ask for an explanation or for the correction of a defective condition, in particular to request blocking, execution

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
processing personal data, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request restrictions

access to your personal data, the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be
informed of a breach of the security of your personal data and, under certain conditions, also the right to

“forgotten”).

 We process some of your personal data based on our legitimate interest (see chapter
of these conditions called “We process personal data on these legal bases”).

Filing a complaint
 If you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully, you also have the right to file a complaint
